入世后中国竞争法律制度的变革与完善

Entry into the WTO and the Reform and Perfection of the Chinese Competitive Legal System

加入WTO以后 ,我国面临的竞争关系发生了巨大变化 ,国内竞争法律制度与WTO竞争规则存在差距 ,亟待完善。文章在对GATT/WTO竞争规则梳理阐述的基础上 ,结合成员国立法经验 。
