社会转型期由于体制等因素使社会中一部分群体相对的成为弱势群体。本文主要是从法理角度分析保护弱势群体的必要性 ,保护弱势群体是对人权的保障也是社会公正、正义的体现 。

Some people have become relatively vulnerable people due to the social system in China's transforming period. The paper mainly analyzes the necessity of protecting the vulnerable group from a legal angle. The protection of the vulnerable group embodies the guarantee of human rights and social equality and justice, which complies with the values and the ultimate object of a society ruled by law.
