摘要
根据新法规 ,有关拆迁的房屋产权调换中的法律关系主体范围比以前有所缩小 ,但承租人仍是重要的主体之一。必须尊重有关当事人的选择权和优先待遇。由于历史性欠帐的原因 。
According to the new regulations, although the subjective rang in the legal relations about the exchange of house property right in destruction and moving is relatively narrower than that in the past, the tenant is still one of the major subjects. Therefore, the selection right and preference treatment of tenants or house owners should be under consideration. Arrears in history require us to compensate and arrange those litigants of public and private houses in different ways.
