Training of College Teachers within the Framework of Professionalism of Teachers

本文主要论述了教师专业化背景对高校师资的新要求 ,提出了高校在新师资培训时要确立教师职业专业化、树立高校组织文化先入为主、确立个人化教育、坚持“以人为本”、确立短期培训和长期跟踪培养相结合、确立自主培训与委托培训相结合等理念 。

This paper discusses the training of college teachers as required by the professionalism of teachers. It maintains that, in the training of college teachers, professionalism must be established, a relevant culture instilled, individualized training provided, and short term training given along with long term follow up. It also describes the contents and forms of college teacher training programs.
