The lifting force is explained by Newton's laws by itself. Simplifying the air as an ideal liquid, the Bernoulli's equation in the direction of streamlines and expression of pressure gradient perpendicular to streamlines are derived from Newton's laws of motion, when the gas is flowing, and the lifting force is explained directly.
