摘要
本文利用自行组装的激光诱导荧光 CCD阵列检测器 计算机联用装置 ,建立了一种测定食品中锌的灵敏方法。在乙酸 乙酸铵 ( pH =4 )缓冲溶液中 ,Zn(Ⅱ )与SCN、罗丹明B(RhB)反应生成Zn SCN RhB配合物 ,经乙醚萃取后 ,以YAG激光二倍频 5 32nm为激发波长 ,在 5 80nm处测定荧光强度 ,优化了反应及食品样品的处理条件 ,用于食品试样中锌的测定 ,获得了满意的结果 ,方法检出限 4ng/mL ,加标回收率90 0~ 1 1 0 0 % ,相对标准偏差为 2 0~ 9 7%。
A new sensitive method for determination of zinc in food by laser-induced fluorescence-CCD detector-computer has been developed. In sodium acetate buffer medium (pH=4), Zn(Ⅱ) reacts with SCN- and RhB to form a complex of Zn-SCN-RhB. The complex is extracted into ether and is measured at excitation wavelength of 532 nm and emission wavelength of 580 nm. The effect of several surfactants on the fluorescence intensity of complex of Zn-SCN-Rhb has been investigated. The conditions of the reaction and the pretreatment of food samples has been optimized. The limit detection of this method is 4 ng/ml. The spiked recoveries are in the range of 90.0%~110.0% and the relative standard deviation varies from 2.0% to 9.7%. The method is successfully applied to food samples for determining zinc in food.
