摘要
介绍几种常用的光轴平行性测试方法,并逐一分析每种方法的测量原理和系统组成以及相关操作过程,比较各方法之间的优缺点。
In this paper, several typic testing methods about opticalaxis parallelism are introduced, and the measurement theory and system composition of each method are analyzed.Each of the correlative operating procedure and their relative merits are described and compared in all details.
