The paper studies the random wind vibration response of the structure.Then kinematic equations are established,and the pulsating wind spectrum results from the linear filtering process.The solution of couple is obtained by the complex mode theory and expanding rank method,and the analyzing solution is gained of the wind vibration response of the structure which is relevant to the equivalent wind spectrum so that the complex mode method to analyse the wind vibration rsponse of the structure is established.The method may be applied to the analysis of wind vibrations and optimum designing of the structures wilh TMD and TLD.
