小城镇污水处理厂建设模式探讨

介绍了小城镇污水处理污水量少、水量水质日变化较大、资金来源缺乏、管理技术水平低等特点 ,提出了几种适用于小城镇污水处理的低建设费用、低运行费用、低操作管理要求及二次污染物排放少的新技术和可能的资金来源。通过工程经济分析 ,提出以征收污水处理费来建设并维持小城镇污水处理厂日常运行、管理费用和支付银行贷款本息是可行的。

The characteristics of small urban sewage plants are as follows: small treatment capacity, high change of daily sewage quality, shortage of investment and low management level, etc.. Several new practical environmental options are applied to small urban sewage treatment with lower investment costs, lower material and energy consumption, less maintenance requirements and less environmental release. Through engineering economic analysis, the result shows that it is feasible to build and manage small urban sewage plants and pay back bank loans through levying wastewater treatment taxes.
