This paper discusses the monitoring sytsem on mine subsidence and deformation .The authors have explained the GPS monitoring system and a series of main problems of the system principle,method and require of building network,GPS vector solution,deformation predict disposal method,also put forward a new viewpoint combine monitoring net with producing net and to take high accuracy.
