摘要
通过格氏反应制备 1 ,1 -二苯基乙烯 ( DPE) ,酰氯醇解法合成丙烯酸叔丁酯。以萘钠为引发剂 ,苯乙烯和丙烯酸叔丁酯为单体 ,采用顺序加料活性阴离子聚合法 ,合成了 ABA型三嵌段共聚物 ,并对中间产物及产品进行傅立叶红外 FTIR表征。结果表明 ,在 0℃左右 ,以四氢呋喃为溶剂 ,DPE戴帽条件下 ,成功地合成了相对分子质量、嵌段组成均可控的 ABA型聚丙烯酸叔丁酯 -苯乙烯
The ABA type triblock copolymer of styrene and tert butyl acrylate was synthesized by anionic polymerization. Tert butyl acrylate was prepared through alcoholysis reaction, and the DPE was synthesized by Grignard reaction. The polymerization was carried out in the solvent of THF at 0℃, with naphthalene Na as initiator and DPE as capping agent. The copolymer was characterized by FTIR, the results showed that the ABA type triblock copolymer of styrene and tert butyl acrylate was synthesized successfully.
