摘要 介绍了测压铜球在实际动测时由于工作环境温度变化产生铜球测压误差的原因 ,借助于多批铜球高低温动标数据 ,分析了国产铜球高低温误差的变化规律 ,阐明了建立统一的测压铜球温度误差修正的意义 ,探讨了测压铜球温度修正公式的建立方法 ,运用回归技术获得了统一的测压铜球的温度修正公式 。 The paper accounts for the measuring error of the copper balls in mearuring pressure with the change of the environmental temperature.According to the quasi dynamic data for many kinds of copper balls under high and low temperature, temperature error law of copper balls is analyzed. The meaning of deriving unitive temperature correcting formula for pressure measuring copper balls is clarified. The means of forming the temperature correcting formula for copper balls is discussed. The correcting formula is derived by means of regression analysis .The feasibility of this formula has been tested.
