摘要 实施信息系统应用 (ISA)是企业提高其竞争能力的重要手段之一。该文提出一种制造行业所属企业ISA实施水平的评价方法 ,用 16条指标反映企业的竞争力 ,根据企业特性采用层次分析法确定各竞争力指标权数 ;根据文献调研与分析确定各项ISA对各竞争力指标的贡献 ;根据企业的具体实施情况确定各ISA的评价分值 ,通过加权和给出综合评价结果。对 2个企业的ISA实施水平进行评价 。 The implementation of information system applications (ISA) is an important measure to improve the competitive status of an enterprise. The paper presents an approach to evaluate the performance level of the ISA of an enterprise in the manufacturing industry. The approach gauges the competitive priorities by using sixteen attributes. Applying the analytic hierarchy process, the weights of the attributes are determined from the characteristics of the enterprise. Based on Literature researches, the approach estimates the contributions of each ISA to the attributes of the competitive priorities. The performance level of each ISA is determined based on the survey carried out in the enterprise considered. The weighted sum of the performance levels is taken as the measure of the performance of the ISA of the enterprise. The approach was applied in two enterprises. The results indicate that it is both feasible and efficient.
