高能反应中,自旋3^+/2重子的产生与1^+/2重子相比,受到反常的极强抑制。本文证明这是夸克味道守恒的结果:多重产生中奇异夸克抑制λ=<N_5>/<N_u><1,决定了十重态重子只能以确定比例β与八重态重子一起产生,而且β=(1+λ)/(3+2λ)。
In high energy reactions the production of Spin 3/2 baryons is strongly suppre- ssed in comparison with that of 1/2 baryons. We show that it results from the fla- vor conservation, so that the strangeness suppression factor λ=〈N_s〉/〈N_u〉complete- ly determines the ratio of decuplet to octet, and β= (1+λ)/(3+2λ). The uni- versality of this relation is emphasized.
