Abstract Raman spectra of Bi_(2-x)Fe_xTi_4O_(11) system show that a structure phase transitiOn induced by Fe ion concentration occurs at x=1． 0 and the phase tran。sition is correlated with“softening”of the lowest phonon mode with Fe ion concentration.
