Abstract The high quality NIR-FT-SERS from Glucose Oxidase (GO)using 1064nm excitaion is reported for the first time in this paper. Clearly consider-able level of enhancement at 1064nm is found, compared with the visible exci-tation SERS~[1,2],and a new strong band 1472 cm^(-1) appeared in the FT-SERS of GO. Any additions of HCl NaOH KCl to Ag sols do not cause further enhance-ment of GO instead of weaken.
