Abstract Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy of cytosine adsorbed on sil-ver have been discussed detaily. As electrode voltage decreased,surface cin-centration of cytosine increased and its Oriention with respect to the surface changed from a Horizontal to a perpendicular positin.
