载有 770 0 0多吨原油、悬挂巴哈马国旗的“威望”号油轮于 2 0 0 2年 1 1月 1 3日在西班牙海域搁浅 ,1 9日断为两截后沉没 ,近 2万吨燃油外泄。文中综述了“威望”号溢油事故的起因、对海洋生态环境造成的危害。
The oil tanker“Prestige”,flying the Panamanian flag,grounded at the Spain Sea Area on November 13,2002,loaded with 77 000 t fuel oil.In November 19,the tanker breaked and went down to the bottom.Approximately 20 000 t fuel oil was spilled.The paper summarizes the causation,harm on marine environment,burden of the oil pollution damage compensation and worldwide strong repercussions of “Prestige”oil spill accident.
