On Analysing Decision Model of Engineering Bidding

本文通过对工程招标设标中的业主单位、工程项目、竞争对手和承包商自身这四大要素的研究 ,应用现代决策理论 ,从承包商的角度出发 ,建筑了一套从招标信息的收集。

Through researching the four elements of owner's company,engineering project,rivals and contractor in engineering inviting tenders and setting bid prices,and using the modern decision theory,the author,thinking as a contractor,makes a computer systematic model of auxiliary decision to collect bidding information,makt feasibility study of project bidding,and select program of bidding and offer.
