摘要
民营经济是相对官营经济而言 ,表明以“民”作为经营主体的经济学范畴 ,包括公有民营和民有民营两大块。民营业主是有中国特色社会主义事业的建设者 ,民营医院的发展符合“三个有利于”原则 ,与社会主义社会本质和社会主义国家政权的性质相一致 ,是属于社会主义性质的 ,即姓“社”。必须扫清民营经济发展的思想理论障碍 ,采取切实可行的举措 ,大力发展民营医院。
Opposite nation-run economy,Citizen-run economy was an economic concept that citizen became the main body of manageˉment,included public nation-run and private nation-run.The development of citizen-run hospital was up to the Three Advantages Principles and socialism character.We should remove thinking obstacles about citizen-run economy and develop citizen-run hospital.
