肾上腺平滑肌瘤2例诊断与治疗

Diagnosis & treatment of two patients with adrenal gland leiomyoma

目的 提高肾上腺平滑肌瘤诊治水平。方法 回顾总结2例肾上腺平滑肌瘤的临床资料并复习国内文献资料(5例个案)。结果 7例均行手术完整摘除瘤体。病理检查均为平滑肌瘤,1例伴肉瘤变。结论 肾上腺平滑肌瘤是罕见良性非功能性肿瘤,有肉瘤恶变倾向。

AIM To improve the diagnosis and treatment of leiomyoma in adrenal gland. METHODS The data of Two patients with adrenal gland leiomyoma and five patients from domestic literature were retrospectively reviewed . RESULTS The operation was successfully performed in 7 patients. Pathological examinition showed that all the cases were leiomyoma, and one case was accompanied with sarcomatous change .CONCLUSION Adrenal gland leiomyoma is a rare benign and unfunctional tumour, but it has malignant tendency.
