输尿管镜治疗输尿管膀胱壁段结石52例

Ureterscope and pneumatic lithotripter in the treatment of 52 patients with ureterovesical junction stones

目的 探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管膀胱壁段结石。方法 总结1999-06/2001-06应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管膀胱壁段结石52例。结果 52例中治愈49例,术中结石完全排出的30例,其余病例3日内完全排出。治愈率94.2％。结论 经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管膀胱壁段结石安全有效,并发症少,是一种满意的方法。

AIM To evaluate the treatment of ureterovesical junction calculi by Wolf ureteroscope and Swiss pneumatic lithotripter [PL]. METHODS From Jun. 1999 to Jun. 2001, endoscopic lithotripsy was petformed in 52 patients with ureterovesical junction stones by using lithotripter. RESULTS In 52 patients, 49 were been cured, the stones of 30 cases were expelled postoperation. The cure rate was 94.2% . CONCLUSION The treatment of ureterovesical junction calculi under ureteroscope PL is a safe,ideal and effective method with little complications.
