膀胱肿瘤环氧化酶-2的研究进展

0引言
环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase COX)在前列腺素(PGs)的合成过程中起重要作用,与肿瘤的发生有关联,在膀胱肿瘤中的表达为上调,而非类固醇消炎止痛药(NSAIDs)在动物实验中有预防膀胱肿瘤的作用,因此COX-2有可能成为治疗膀胱肿瘤的一个目标.
