酶参考品互换性在酶测定方法标准化中的意义及应用

The role and the application of commutability of enzyme reference materials in the standardization of enzyme determination

目的 :研究本室所提酶制品的互换性、影响因素及应用方法。 方法 :采用数种常用的酶测定法 (或试剂盒 )测定多份血清及本室所提酶制品 ,以国际临床化学联合会 (IFCC)推荐的方法为基准 ,对其他方法测定的结果进行回归分析 ,并对血清及本室酶制品的反应性进行比较 ,对不具互换性的原因进行分析。 结果 :本室所提酶制品除在个别方法间不具互换性外 ,大多具有互换性。 结论 :本室所提酶制品具备互换性 。

Objectives:To study the commutability, influence factors and application of our purified materials. Methods:Human serum samples and our purified materials were assayed by different methods. Comparisons among each method, the reference method and the commutability of the purified materials with human serum specimens were calculated by regression analysis. The reason result in non commutability was analyzed. Results:Many factors have influence over the commutability of enzyme reference. Our purified materials were commutable with the human serum specimens in most of the methods. Conclusions:The purified material can be used as enzyme reference material.
