系统性真菌感染治疗现状与进展

Current advances in the treatment of systemic fungal infections

由于免疫抑制患者的增加 ,系统性真菌感染率随着增高。其治疗有一定的难度 ,病亡率很高。系统性真菌感染的处理又与浅部真菌感染处理明显不同 ,治疗药物具有许多毒副反应 ,近来已有低肾毒性的药物如两性霉素B脂质体等的问世。正确选择和应用抗真菌药物对深部真菌感染的治疗和预后起非常重要的作用。

Systemic fungal infections have a very high mortality rate.Their incidence is growing because of the increasing number of immunosuppressive patients.Treatment of systemic fungal infections is difficult.Peoples come to pay close attention to the problem.The management of systemic fungal infections differs significantly from that of superficial fungal infections.The agents used have numerous adverse effects and toxicities.Recently,new and less nephrotoxic formulations of amphotericin B and other new drugs,such as liposomal amphotericin B have come into the market.It plays a key role in the prognosis of systemic fungal infections.This review summarizes the current advances in the treatment of systemic fungal infections.
