摘要
心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病发展的终末阶段 ,在其发展过程中 ,心功能不断恶化。目前 ,对心力衰竭中与心功能恶化有关的细胞和分子机制仍不十分清楚。多数学者认为心肌细胞能量代谢障碍及凋亡 (即程度性死亡 )是可能的机制 ,也是近年来的研究热点。电压依赖性阴离子通道 (VDAC)是位于心肌线粒体外膜上的一种蛋白 ,其在能量代谢及细胞凋亡过程中的作用已引起广泛重视。
Heart failure is the final stage of various cardiovascular diseases of which the characteristics is the gradually deteriorating cardiac function. Thus far, it is not very clear that the cellular and molecular pathogenesis associated with deterioration of cardiac function in heart failure. The possible pathogenesis is the disturbance of energy metabolism and apoptosis of cardiac myocyte that are hot spots investigated in rencent years. VDAC (voltage dependent anion channel), a component in outer mitochondrial membrane, plays a role in the energy metabolism and apoptosis of cardiac myocyte, which is a focus of research and will be presented in this review. In addition, the potential relation between VDAC and heart failure will be also introduced hereby.
