新疆巴州农牧区卫生工作存在的问题及对策建议

Problems of Health Service Work in Farming and Animal Husbandry Areas in Bazhou in Xinjiang and Countermeasures.

通过对全州农村卫生资源基线调查 ,分析了自治州农村卫生工作存在着人员素质低下、基础设施薄弱、农村卫生投入不足、合作医疗滑坡明显、医疗资源配置不合理、人事及分配制度改革滞后等问题 ,并就此问题提出了对策建议。

We surveyed the rural health resources in whole Bazhou. The problems are as follows: the quality of health staff is low; the infrastructure is weak; the input is inadequate; the cooperative medical insurance declines; the allocation of health resources is unreasonable; and the reform of personnel system and distribution system is backward.
