摘要
目的 研究蛇床子总香豆素对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的作用。方法 去卵巢诱导大鼠骨质疏松症 ,1 2周后 ,以比色法测定其血清钙、磷的浓度和碱性磷酸酶的活性 ,竞争放射免疫法测定血清中骨钙素、降钙素及雌二醇的浓度 ;QCT法测定大鼠股骨干骺端的骨密度。结果 蛇床子总香豆素能够增加去卵巢大鼠子宫重量 ,血清雌二醇浓度 ,降低血清磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性 ,增加血清骨钙素、降钙素浓度和股骨干骺端的骨密度。结论 蛇床子总香豆素对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症具有防治作用 ,其机制可能是通过抑制骨高转换 。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of total coumarines from the fruits of Cnidium monnieri (TCFC) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. METHODS: The osteoporosis were induced by ovariectomy. The concentrations of calcium, phosphorus and activity of alkaline phosphatase in serum were measured by colorimetric method. The concentrations of osteocalcin, calcitonin and estradiol in serum were measured by competitive radio immunologic method. Bone density of femur metaphysis of rats was determined by QCT. RESULTS: The bone density of femur metaphysis of osteoporotic rats and uterus weight were increased. The alkaline phosphatase activity and inorganic phosphorous content in serum were decreased. The levels of estradiol, osteocalcin and calcitonin in serum were also increased, but no effect on calcium concentration in serum. CONCLUSION: TCFC had antiosteoporotic effects on ovariectomized rats by inhibiting the bone turnover and increasing the production of estradiol and calcitonin.
