摘要
对比了 9名女子 4 0 0m跑运动员补体系统与正常人的差异及观察了同一批运动员在模拟比赛和大运动量训练前后补体系统的变化。结果显示 :安静状态下女子 4 0 0m跑运动员C4显著低于正常人 ;大运动量训练后即刻C3升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,C4显著升高 ,增幅达 4 7% (P <0 .0 1) ,C4经 3h及 2 4h恢复后仍高于运动前(P <0 .0 5 ) ;模拟 4 0 0m跑比赛未能引起补体系统的变化。提示 :安排大运动量训练时 ,必须充分考虑补体系统的应答及恢复特点 ,以便改善训练效果。
The differences of complement system between normal people and 9 female 400m runners were compared. The changes of their complement systems were observed in simulated race as well as before and after heavy training. The results showed that C4 of those runners was remarkably lower than the normal people. C3 increased immediately after heavy training. C4 increased remarkably, ranging to 47% (P <0.01). After recovery for 3h to 24h C4 was still higher than that before training. Their complement system did not change after 400m simulated race. It was suggested that when arranging heavy training, the response of the complement system and the recovery characteristics should be considered enough so as to improve the training results.
