摘要
数学学习管理是对学生数学学习过程的监控.学生的数学学习需要进行管理,而这正是数学教师所忽视的,从而造成了学生学习效率的低下和差生群体的扩大.数学学习管理应围绕“助学”、“促学”等几方面及时、深入地进行,对不同层面的学生提出不同的管理要求,同时要注意管理措施的可操作性.
Management in mathematics study was employed to monitor and control the process of mathematics study of students. Proper management in mathematics study was an urgent need for middle school students during the course of their learning, which was often ignored by most mathematics teachers. Thus the present mathematics teaching method resulted in the low efficiency and naturally increased the number of backward students. This management should focus on “learning help” (optimizing the study methods, etc), “learning guidance ”(relieving the harmful emotion of students, and adjusting student’s thinking for solving problems), and “learning promotion”(supervising and promoting behavior of student’s study, and forming good customs of study), and be promptly carried out. Of course, the management should have different requires for different levels and we should pay more attention to the feasibility of management measures.
