摘要
新数学课程标准是在总结和反思以前数学教育的基础上研制而成的,保留了数学教学大纲的一些特色,是大纲的继承与发展.《九年义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》与《初中数学教学大纲(试用修订版)》在指导思想、课程目标、结构体系、课程内容和评价理念等方面均有所不同.(1)《大纲》注重教师的教学和教学方法的改进,《标准》注重学生的学习,重视改变学生的学习方式;(2)《大纲》与《标准》都重视知识与技能的培养,但后者更加关注学生的学习过程、情感、态度与个性的发展;(3)《大纲》与《标准》的课程内容同中有异;(4)《大纲》与《标准》的评价理念存在很大差异.
The new mathematics curriculum standards was developed based on summarizing and introspecting previous mathematics education, and it kept and expanded some characters of mathematics syllabus. This paper made a comparison between mathematics curriculum standards on compulsory education and mathematics syllabus for junior middle school, drew several conclusions and posed some ideas on new standards’ implementing so as to be little helpful to new standards’ explanation.
