摘要
本文在MH-81状态方程的基础上,引入了一个新的常数A_5,并由两相区的蒸汽压数据确定它。通过对低温液氮洗过程中涉及的五个组分的汽-液平衡和汽化热的计算表明,改进的方程比原MH-81状态方程效果好。另外,本文还提出了一个与密度无关的局部组成型混合法则,计算了低温液氮洗过程的二元汽液平衡,获得了满意的效果。
A new constant A_5 was introduced to the MH-81 equation of state, which can be determined from vapor pressure data. The demonstrated results of vapor liquid equilibrium and vaporization heat calculation for five pure fluids in the liquid nitrogen scrubbing process are better than those calculated by using the original MH-81 equation of state.
In the improved MH-81 equation of state, the density-independent-local-composition mixing rule was used to calculate binary vapor liquid equibrium in the liquid nitrogen scrubbing process. The satisfactory results are obtained.
