The value of Finneson's predictive score card for lumbar disc surgery

目的 :采用回顾性统计方法 ,对508例腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术效果进行比较 ,评估Finneson's预测表对腰椎间盘突出手术疗效的影响。方法 :258例患者采用Finneson's预测表评估 ,≥75分以上者为合格 ,进行手术治疗。250例随机取样的腰椎间盘手术患者为对照组 ,基本术式大致相同 ,进行比较。结果 :预测表合格的患者手术效果好 ,统计学上有意义。结论 :Finneson's预测表是一种简单、有效、实用的腰椎间盘突出症患者术前筛选手段。

Objective:To study the value of Finneson's predictive score card for lumbar disc surgery in 508 patients with prolapse of lumbar interverbral disc. Methods:There were 258 controlled cases of lumbar disc surgery and 250 random selected cases as control. All of them had similar surgery procedure.Results:The controlled group had better outcome.The statistics showed the significant difference.Conclusion:Finneson's predictive score card is a simple,effective and useful method for the selection of lumbar disc surgery.
