中年知识分子健康状况及相关因素研究

A study on health status of middle-aged intellectual

目的 研究中年知识分子人群健康状况及其影响因素。方法 采用整群分层抽样方法 ,按照该人群 5 %的比例抽取 4 0～ 5 9a、中专以上在职人员进行调查。并抽取研究对象的 10 %进行为期一年的信函式健康保健干预研究。结果 中年知识分子人群的两周患病率 2 4 .0 7% ;慢性病患病率 2 9.71% ,高血压病排第一位 (3.36 % ) ,胆道疾病是女性的第一位 (5 .2 3% ) ;有 11.5 1%的中年知识分子存在各种心理健康问题。分析显示 ,影响该人群健康的因素主要是生活方式、不良生活与工作环境等。健康干预后两周患病率下降 ,吸烟与酗酒等不良生活方式有所改善 ,健康意识增强。结论 中年知识分子人群健康状况不佳 ,其影响因素与环境和行为相关。

Objective To study the health status and disease risk factors of middle aged intellectual and provide theoretical basis for improving their health. Methods By using cluster stratified sampling, 5% of in service people whose age were 40～59 years old and graduated from the technical secondary schools or universities were investigated. This research also engaged in the study of health care intervention for 10% subjects by letters for one year. Results The middle aged intellectual's two week prevalence was 24.07% and the prevalence of chronic disease was 29.71% . The hypertension was a disease of the highest prevalence(3.36%). The disease of biliary trace took the first place in women (5.23%). There were different kinds of psychological health problems in 11.51% of middle aged intellectual. The analysis showed that the main risk factors were the way of life, unhealthy environment of life and work. After health intervention, the two week prevalence rate was lower than before. The unhealthy way of life such as smoking and drinking was modified and the health consciousness was enhanced. Conclusions The study indicated that the health status of middle aged intellectual was not good. The affecting factors were related to the environment and behavior. The health level of this population could be enhanced by health care intervention.
