摘要 聚丙烯(PP)表面呈惰性,不利于与增强纤维的粘合.为了提高PP与增强纤维的界面强度,以丙酮为界面剂、高压反应釜为接枝反应发生器,采用固相紫外光接枝法在PP粉表面接枝马来酸酐(MAH),研究了MAH含量、反应温度、光照时间、搅拌速率对接枝率的影响.研究结果表明,接枝MAH时,MAH含量为2.5%、反应温度30℃、光照时间3min时的接枝率最高,而搅拌速率则对接枝率的分散性影响较大. The surface of polypropylene (PP) is inert and so is difficult to make conglutination with reinforcing fibers. In this paper the effect of MAH content, reaction temperature, illumination time and agitating velocity on grafting degree are systematicialy studied in which maleic anhydride (MAH) is grafted on to the surface of PP powder by means of photoinitiated solid phase grafting reaction with the agent of acetone in the high pressure kettle. It is shown that in the processing of MAH grafting reaction the highest value of grafting degree can be obtained when content of MAH is 2.5%, reaction temperature is 30 ℃ and illumination time is 3 min. It was also found that the agitating velocity has obvious effects on the scattering of grafting data.
