摘要
研究了化学成分和拉伸条件对Al-Mg合金的断裂行为的影响.结果表明,钠含量对合金的拉伸性能和断裂行为有显著的影响.含钠量较高的合金显示出很低的延伸率,而钠含量较低的合金具有很高的延伸率.断口观察表明,含纳量较高的合金发生脆性断裂,断口为解理和沿晶混合型.而钠含量较高的合金发生韧性断裂,断口为韧窝型.在所研究的范围内,镁对合金断裂行为的影响不大,钠是导致合金发生脆性断裂的原因.
Tensile fracture behavior of Al-Mg alloys with different chemical composition were studied in this paper. The alloy with high Na content exhibited very low tensile elongation,while the alloys with low Na content exhibited high tensile elongation. Fracture observation showed that the alloy exhibited brittle fracture with intergranular section and cleavage facet. Whereas the alloy with low Na content exhibited ductile fracture with dimples. Mg content did not affect the fracture behavior of the alloys. The element Na is the reason of brittle fracture of the alloy.
