基于铸造铝合金过滤流动过程及过滤效率的模拟 被引量:2

摘要 采用水力学模拟实验对液态铝合金过滤流动过程进行了理论验证,分析了铝合金过滤流动过程中的流动规律,获得了液态金属过滤夹杂物的流动曲线.通过对实际液态铝合金的流动过程的分析进而研究与流动过程相关的过滤效率,最后给出了过滤效率的判别关系式.结果表明:过滤效率与雷诺数和过滤器的孔隙率密切相关. This paper investigated the flow process of unfiltered and filtered aluminum alloys on basis of water simulation experiment. It analyzed flow disciplinarian of flow process for filtered aluminum, obtained the flow curve of filtration, researched filtration efficiency related to flow process by analyzed flow process of filtered molten aluminum, the discriminant of optimum efficiency for the removal of inclusions has been set up. This discriminant has showen that the removal efficiency of inclusions can be improved by increasing filter porosity when Re value is constant. Meantime, the removal efficiency of inclusions can be improved by decreasing Re value when filter porosity is constant.
