On Realizing Way of Developing the Productive Force in China

生产力是最活跃最革命的社会发展因素,我国社会生产力水平比较低,应该致力于探索有效的方式和途径来大力发展生产力。要通过实施西部大开发、科教兴国战略来促进生产力自身的发展,通过调整所有制结构和分配关系解放和发展生产力,并且从上层建筑领域推进政治体制改革。

The productive force is one of the most active and revolutionary factors in social development. At present the level of social productive force is lower in China, so it is essential to explore the effective ways and channels to develop the productive force. These key ways and channels include promoting self-development of the productive force through the exploitation of the west and flourishing with science and education, liberating and developing the productive force through adjusting ownership structure and distribution relation as well as through spurring the political system reform from superstructure.
