随着经济的全球化和政治的民主化,“市民社会思潮”在全球范围内复兴,但现代意义上的市民社会却发生了较大的变化。中国现代化进程中,作为市民社会主体的民间组织已经形成,但仍然很不成熟,要建构完全意义上的市民社会仍然需要一个过程。

With the economic globalization and political democratization, the thought of civil society' is reviving in the world. However, the present meaning of the notion has changed. In the process of Chinese modernization, civil organizations as the main part of civil society have been formed, but they have not become mature yet. The full construction of civil society still needs a long way.
