Comrade Jiang Zemin always put great emphasis on science and technology.Combining international situation and the condition of our country.he timely put forward the strategy of building our country by science and education and gave his opinion on many problems.In this paper.I will discuss the main content of Jiang Zemins thought on science and technology from six aspects i.e.innovations,talents,systems,popularization,legal systems and moral principles of science and technology.
