党的十六大报告中提出的“新型工业化道路”是对西方传统工业化道路的批判反思 ;它实现的前提和基础是科学技术的现代化 ;是对我国“可持续发展战略”思想的具体落实 。

The report of the Partys 16th conference put forward the new type industrialization road which is a criticism and reconsideration to traditional industrialization road of the west;the presupposition and foundation to realize it include sci tech nodernizations;the new type industrialization road is a concrete implement of the thought of 'sustained developments strategy' in China so it is beyond the tradional industrialization road.
