人口、素质、就业与犯罪存在着千丝万缕的联系 ,这是一个全球性的课题 ,特别是在我国这样一个拥有十三亿人口的大国 ,更是显得尤为突出。人口增长过快甚至过盛 ,必将成为政府财力及其它方面的重负 ,从而导致人口素质的下降 ,继而造成就业压力的增大 ,由此成为引发犯罪的因素之一。正确认识人口、素质、就业及犯罪四者之间的相互联系 。

There are countless ties among population,quality,employment and crime.It is a global issue,especially in China which possesses the population of 1 3 billion people.If the population grows too fast or even too much,which will become a heavy burden on governments financial resources that may lead to the declining of populations quality,cause pressure in employment and bring about crime.Correctly understanding four mutual relations of population,quality,employment nad crime is a presupposition for solving the problems mentioned above.
