帕累托最优是西方经济学的一个重要概念。它貌似公允地要求 ,在改善一些人的境遇时 ,不能损害到其他人。但它只是资本家及其学者用来对付工人争取自己利益的骗人说法。

Best of Paleito efficiency is an important concept in the Western economics.Superficially it fairly asks not to harm other people on improving some peoples situation.However capitalists and some scholars just use it as a false saying to deal with worker and strive for their own interests.Any defence about it is not believable.
