区域性物流中心是现代物流业起飞的基础。区域性物流中心具有成本效应、产业效应、辅射效应,地方政府应在规划、协调、筹措资金等方面有所作为。
Regional logistical center is the foundation of modern logistics. Based on the analyses of the logistics in Heilongjiang, the thesis proves the necessity of the construction of regional logistical center and then the proposals are put forward.
