摘要
本文概述了WTO中教育服务贸易的有关内容 ,介绍了目前国际上WTO成员国中教育服务贸易的现状。针对我国加入WTO所做出的教育服务承诺及开放教育市场后将面临的冲击和机遇 ,提出对教育必须重新认识和理解 ,在WTO框架下 。
This article generally describes some contents in the trade of educational service in WTO, introduces the present situation of the kind of trade in WTO member countries. In addition, it proposes that we should newly recognize and understand education and establish new education concepts according to WTO frame.
