摘要
电子政务在我国呈现出蓬勃发展之势 ,其实质是政务而非电子。本文试着从国内外电子政务的现状分析着手 ,阐述影响电子政务的发展因素 ,同时对我国电子政务发展的对策进行研究探讨。
E governance is developing rapidly in our country.Its essence is not electron but governmental affairs. This paper is an attempt to analyse present conditions of e governance, expound factors that affect e governance's development, and explore developmental strategy of e governance in our country.
