摘要
中国共产党关于干部管理的理论 ,毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民三位领导人分别立足于不同时代 ,针对发生在中国的不同问题作出了自己的贡献 。
Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,basing themselves upon different period,three Chinese leaders make their own contribution to the theory of cadre management of the CPC.Meanwhile,the theory is also a unified system following Marxism thought.
