"三个代表"思想具有符合时代要求的精神实质。当前的国内外形势以及中国共产党执政地位的实际变化构成了它的现实根据;马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论构成了它的思想来源;实践思维方式以及"解放思想、实事求是"的方法论原则与辩证唯物主义历史观构成了它的哲学基础。
The essence of 'Three Represents' is characterized with accordance with the epoch demands. It is the current domestic and overseas situations and the actual changes of the Communist Party of China in position that constitute the objective grounds of 'Three Represents';Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theorg constitute its ideological origin; the practice thinking-mode, the methodology principle of 'emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts'and the dialectical materialist conception of history constitute its philosophical basis.
