摘要
运用道德手段调节私人企业的劳资关系具有理论上的必然性。伦理学的一般原理率先内定了这一选择,利益机制理论客观上要求道德渗透、运行于企业劳资关系领域,权利义务学说则从实践中提炼出道德调整私人企业劳资关系的理论内涵。
It is inevitable for morality to regulate labour_capital relationship in private enterprieses in China. The common principle of ethnics takes the lead in confirming ultimately this choice, the theory about interest mechanism requests impersonally ethies into the labour_capital relationship in private enterprises, and the theory about right_mortgage tries out the meaning of morality to regulate labour_capital relationship in private enterprises from practice.
