摘要
讨论近代中国自然权利观的历史际遇问题,需要注意两点:一是近代中国思想家们所面临的“启蒙”与“救亡”的双重历史使命;二是与西方近代自然权利学说兴盛时期的错位。正是这两点给近代中国思想家们带来了难以化解的心灵困惑。
Referring to the historical experiences of natural rights concepts in modern China,we should pay attention to two points:double historical missions of enlightenment and salvation and t he discrepancy between China and the West in the periods of efflorescence in natural rights c oncepts.The two points have brough a bout unremovable confusion to modern Chinese thinkers.
